How does our process work?

Telephone Consultation

During your initial call, we will discuss your resume requirements and your career direction. This is an opportunity to give valuable information for the major content of your resume. It is very important that we have a thorough understanding of your requirements so that we can produce the most exceptional award-winning resume.

Send Us Your Existing Resume

Once we have been in contact by telephone, we will ask that you send through your existing resume (if you have one).  This can be emailed, or uploaded directly through our website. You may also like to upload other documents such as certificates, tickets, licenses etc. If there is any further documentation that may be required, we will be sure to contact you through the most appropriate and convenient method of communication – telephone, SMS or email to request this from you.

Resume Draft Creation

Once we have obtained all the required information from you, we will commence creating your resume masterpiece. Our professional writer will draft the first copy of your resume email to you within 3-5 business days for revision. During this revision period, you have 5 days to work with your writer to make as many changes as required.

Receive Final Documents

When you are completely satisfied with the overall work and we have received final approval from you, we will email all relevant files to you in both Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF.  Should you require your documents in future, we will be more than happy to email these upon request.
