Delivery Policy – Digital Delivery

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your completed resume via email however, depending on the package purchased, we will also send our printed hard copies and portfolio’s via Australia Post unless alternate arrangements are requested or have been arranged prior.  Generally, you will receive your completed product within 48 to 72 hours however, this may vary based on the extent of the resume complexity and/or other services being completed at the same time.

Refund / Returns & Cancellations Policy

We do not issue refunds at Resume Services Australia.

Time Limitations During Drafting and Final Product Process

During the drafting process, you will have the opportunity to make any relevant changes.  Upon receipt of draft copy, the client will be given up to 5 days to make unlimited changes/reviews prior to the final product.  This is your opportunity to make accurate changes to ensure satisfaction.  If after this time period you require further changes, further charges will apply.

Cancellations

Any cancellations of services received within 24 hours of order will attract a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order value. Cancellations received after this time will not be refunded as work has generally commenced soon after receipt of payment is received.
